System Installation

Innovative Networked Site Security systems are installed to the highest Commercial Standard. Full System sub-assembly is carried out in our workshops and carefully checked, inspected and tested prior to delivery to site. On site installation is carried out by our own team of qualified specialist engineers and a full and detailed quality inspection is carried out prior to system commissioning. A Project Manager is allocated to the contract, to supervise the project to completion and provide full training to sanctioned personnel on how to operate the installed system.

After-sales Service Support

Innovative Networked Site Security believe that the best way of securing the future of the company is to retain all existing clients by way of providing an after sales service second to none.

All engineers are trained to provide the customer with a same day conclusion to any component failure, our engineers are instructed to replace the faulty item and return the component to our workshop for faultfinding. This process minimises disturbance to the client and allows our engineers more time to reach the next appointment at the earliest possible moment. To maximise on system reliability and ensure continuing performance is maintained, we undertake to provide a fully comprehensive warranty period on newly installed system, after which time we will provide a formal Maintenance Contract, which includes both preventative routine maintenance service visits and a fault call-out arrangement. Emergency call-out facilities are available 365 days per year, with a response time for on-site attendance geared to suit the users requirements.

Full technical reports on all work undertaken (be it preventative maintenance or fault repairs), are provided following each site visit.
